little boy
To me Zach looks quite grown-up in these photos. I can't quite believe that our new little baby is slowly but surely becoming a little boy! Yikes!

He's still very small, fret not!!!!!!
(I talked to my Little PEPperS today about the grief we experience as parents every time our little ones grow into somebody new and leave who they were behind.)
But I think in heaven we;ll be an essence of ALL the us-es we've ever been - so the Zachiness of Zach the newborn will be part of that. (though i think i could do without the haircuts of some of the teen me-s!!!!)

That sweet jumper in the first picture does make him look older. He's much more little boy than baby now.
It is incredible how quickly growing up happens. Though as a child it never seemed amazing. It seemed obvious. All those people saying "My! You've grown!" as if it was a surprise.
But as an adult the changes happen much more slowly. Thankfully.
