Zach loves holding and cuddling Martha ("hold him, hold him").



Martha loves looking at Zach and listening to his voice. They are interacting more and more. Zach likes lying next to her and making her smile.

Martha is so happy and peaceful in the bath.

She loves it.

And she has curls when her hair is wet!

We also think her eyes might be blue but can't quite tell yet.

Winter visit

Two weeks ago, before we all got sick, Matt & Anna, Joseph, Eliza and Oliver came and spent a gorgeous relaxing Sunday with us and met Martha.

Last week we went to the Town Hall to register Martha's birth.

Martha slept through the whole event..

It was at the same place we got Zach made official -

This week we are all really sick and have hardly left the house. We are incredibly thankful that Mum/Jane has been here to take SUCH good care of us.

Little Martha thankfully has not come down with the horrid flu.

We have a favourite cafe near us and the last few times we've been in, this scooter has been there. Eventually the owner of the cafe said we should have it.

Zach was very pleased! (as were we because we've been wanting to get one for Zach but they are very expensive!)

2 weeks today!

Martha was only 2 weeks old, so small and so cute, so cuddly and lovely. (This is the song we used to sing to Zach a lot during his first few months...)

Zach remains utterly devoted to Martha.

Family walk

first outing

We ventured out for a little walk yesterday to get some fresh air - Martha's first ever fresh air!

Martha wore the lovely jumper knitted by Aunty Rachel, which Zach also wore for his first ever outing.

Martha's fist night wasn't great. But she certainly knows how to sleep all day!

Zach wants to hold Martha whenever he can. He loves her to bits. So much so that he is waking in the night and early in the morning wanting to see her and "hold him". He wanted to take her to bed with him last night instead of his usual companion 'Doggie'. Here he is when he finally got to see and hold her this morning:
