waking up is hard to do

Zach is waking very early in the morning so we are experimenting with dropping his daytime nap, but he is so tired in the day. Here he is asleep on the sofa after my failed attempts to wake him from the stroller.

Zach and Martha both struggling to wake up after Mummy meanly forced them out of slumber at 4pm.

We just want to go back to sleep!

Ahhhh some milk in the afternoon sun.

Zach's comfort thing is to massage just under his chin and Martha plays with her hair - you can see they are both doing these things as they lie here.
