arrival of spring?

this weekend has been beautifully sunny and warm. it feels like spring has arrived. i just hope that the beautiful blossoms on the trees have not been lulled in to a false sense of security and will find themselves, as last year, frost-bitten and lives cut short in a week or so. it was lovely to have lunch outside - on our little concrete area outside our back door.

with the change in weather (and impending birth and new motherhood), i felt the urge fora change in hair-style so Sam took the clippers to my unusually (for me) long locks.

what a good hairdresser!

between you guys sitting outside in london and adam wearing shorts in L.A. Josh and I are going nuts!!! The "high" temperature around here is about 3 degrees farenheit above zero, or -16 celsisus. We cannot wait for warm weather! Cute haircut, wish he would do mine, save me a bundle. love to you both.

I agree, Megs. My first thought was "Oh! It's Becca again!"
Well done Sam!
I'd love some 'warm' weather. It's hot, hot, hot here again and will be for about 9 more months...

WOW! Fantastic haircut! Well done you too. And Sam, re your blog of Rudd saying sorry - yes. It's time. I feel so proud of Rudd - he's such a statesman, also in Timor L'Este.

i rememebr reading a book during pregnancy with eddie (one of those silly jokey ones about being pregnant and all the weird stuff that happens to you, by kath cooke or someone like that) saying never ever get your haircut whilst pregnant (because it is always a mistake, hormones are everywhere, it will look awful etc etc)...but becca, you have proved them wrong!
