going organic

today i returned from work to find this box outside our flat (there are lots of potatoes, onions and apples under that big bag of fresh spinach) mmmm

we've signed up to have a box of organic fruit and veg delivered to us every friday... brilliant! this box (inc delivery) cost only £9.80!.. from Abel & Cole - they have a great website, excellent customer service and it looks like the produce will taste scrumptious. and what a bonus to have it delivered. you can get extra items tooo so we also got olive oil and soya milk this week... very exciting.

i do have to take a moment to point out how small each item in the box is.. just goes to show that the big plump juicy un-organic produce that we buy is sadly full of hormones :(how smug am i now?!:)

any suggestions for recipes that include lots of spinach??
