baby its cold outside
so we've had temperatures of 0C (about 30F i think - probably balmy for you chicago-ites:) and woke up on wednesday morning to a beautiful snowfall. the trees and rooftops outside our bedroom window looked magical. i hope it snows again and lasts a bit longer. it was so gorgeous walking across the Common to work bundled up and in my wellies. i took my camera with me. (johanna - do you recognise the coat i am wearing? - i was v thankful for it on my 40min walk, and for my great thinsulate gloves mum!)

I got into the undergrad honors program (well, mostly), and I'm finding myself fairly overtaxed with the amount of schoolwork, but I love it.
